纯电动乘用车技术标准出台 维持增持评级

中国首个《纯电动乘用车技术条件》已经拟定完毕，正在征求意见稿。与之前的电动车标准相比，即将颁布的《纯电动乘用车技术条件》对电动车的诸多性能设定了严格的技术指标，如最高时速不低于75 公里，续驶里程大于160 公里等。今后政府补贴参与新能源示范的纯电动汽车、《节能与新能源汽车推广示范车型推荐目录》都将参照这一技术标准。

方正证券指出，之前也有相应的电动车标准，不过大多只是概念界定、实验方法，对于电动车的性能指标的规定不多。新制定的《纯电动乘用车技术条件》最大特点，就是对整车动力性能、安全性、可靠性等诸多方面的性能进行明确界定，提出了具体的技术指标，并且向传统燃油汽车靠拢。其中涉及到得电池有：铅酸电池、锂离子电池及镍氢电池，与之相关的车用动力电池标准也在修订中，预计今年年底会完成。
